TwoScots are partnering with a growing Manufacturing business based in the South-Eastern Suburbs. The business is a real success story, a multinational distribution and outsourcing company making them a leader in their field. Join their global company as they expand and seek to grow an organisation built on rewards and recognition. The organisation is currently needing an Accounts Payable Officer with an immediate start for an on-going temporary role.

Role

The duties include but are not limited to:

• End to end Accounts Receivable function
• Processing customer claims & rebates
• Performing account reconciliations, monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Generate and send out invoices and statements
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Additional ad hoc duties as required

Skills + Experience

• Minimum 2 years Full function AR experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate excel skills is desirable
• Problem solverl
• A proactive member within a team
