A boutique NY firm is seeking a case management system administrator for their downtown office.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer Salesforce/ Litify system, including users, licenses, roles, profiles, and permissions
• Support onboarding/offboarding and resolve escalated user support issues
• Configure Flows, Process Builder, workflows, custom objects, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials
• Support third party Salesforce integrations 
• Maintain data integrity and perform proactive system maintenance 
• Undertake projects as assigned by firm’s admins to clean data and standardize coding
 
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator (within a law firm, this is a must)
• Litify experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of automation, reporting, and Salesforce best practices
• Ability to work cross functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
