Corporate Paralegal - Hybrid

A top International NY law firm is searching for a Corporate Paralegal. This is a hybrid role with a salary ranging up to $120,000.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, maintain working group lists, and organize due diligence documents.
• Maintain and update deal closing checklists.
• Create and manage transaction tracking systems and timelines.
• Prepare and distribute signature packets to deal participants.
• Draft correspondence and form documents for deal participants.
• Draft letters to clients and other counsel.
• Prepare UCC filings, order lien searches, and stay informed on regulations related to Article 9 of the UCC.
• Assist in the creation of corporations and limited liability companies, including document preparation and overseeing filing requirements.
• Prepare responses to auditor requests.
• Assist with the EDGAR filing process.
• Support closings, draft and review closing checklists, and prepare closing binders.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required
• 2+ years of CLO experience or 4 years of asset-backed securitization experience.
• Big law experience is preferred
