Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid

A top law firm in NY is searching for a Litigation Paralegal for their Midtown Manhattan office. 

This person should have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience with major complex commercial litigation. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex cases efficiently, leveraging legal expertise and technology for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and resources.
• Prioritize tasks, review documents, and provide insightful analysis aligned with case goals.
• Support cases from inception to resolution, including document management and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with eDiscovery teams and assist with court filings and depositions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal
• Experience with major complex litigation
