Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a multinational goods company, is seeking an experienced NY or CA barred Employment Counsel for a part-time, open ended, remote assignment.  The attorney would work directly with the company and assist with advising on aspects of employment law in the retail space that arise.  Additional responsibilities include handling and resolving disputes and investigations related to employee misconduct or concerns.

Duration-this is an open ended assignment, expected to go for a minimum of 2-3 months

Hours-this role will be part time with an expectation of 20-30 hours per week.  The attorney hired must be available to work 9-5 ET Mon-Fri.

Location-this is a remote assignment

Bar Admissions-must be NY or CA barred

Requirements-must have prior in-house employment counsel experience.  Prior experience in the retail space is a plus!

Pay Rate-dependent upon experience
