About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a key role in budgeting, financial analysis, and oversight of fiscal operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting and financial planning processes

• Build and maintain financial models for school growth and facility planning

• Monitor financial activity to ensure compliance and manage risk

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial reporting

• Contribute to projects across finance operations, including grants and vendor management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
