Accountant (Junior or Senior Level)

Remote | $70K–$110K + Bonus  | SaaS

A fast-growing healthcare software company is seeking an Accountant to join its lean, high-impact finance team.  

We're open to junior candidates ready to grow or senior-level accountants who can contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll assistance, reconciliations)

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close

• Maintain schedules (prepaids, deferred rent, fixed assets, etc.)

• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance processes

• Help streamline accounting systems (transitioning from QuickBooks)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

• Junior: 1–2 years of public or corporate accounting; solid GAAP understanding

• Senior: 4+ years full-cycle experience; SaaS or nonprofit background a plus

• Strong Excel skills and a growth mindset
