Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Executive Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with four days in office and one day work from home.
Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, CRO, and other senior leaders
• Manage CEO’s professional and personal calendars, including scheduling and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to streamline processes and identify efficiencies
• Support the Family Office and related foundation initiatives
• Plan and manage firm-wide events such as holiday parties, summer outings, and charity initiatives, including handling budgets, timelines, and vendors
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements for CEO and family, including private flights, accommodations, cars, dining, and events
• Oversee management of the CEO’s residences and properties by coordinating with property managers and vendors
• Serve as a key liaison for household staff, including private chef
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience, ideally including experience in a family office setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with NYC restaurant scene and event venues a plus
• Experience with private travel coordination and luxury service preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
• Up to $150K plus bonus
