Salary: USD30 - USD30 per hour

Our client, an international strategy consulting firm based in Midtown, Manhattan, is looking for an upbeat and reliable Part-time Office Assistant to join their team. The role requires 8:30AM -2:00 PM Monday through Friday with some flexibility to shift, but it is morning-focused. This is an open-ended temp position with the need for an indefinite commitment. Pay rate up to $30/hour DOE. 

Ideal candidate is someone dependable, reliable, and enthusiastic to help with office facilities. This part-time role will be sitting at the reception desk but will require one to be on their feet most of the day, assisting the office and creating a warm environment for the team, while keeping up with day-to-day responsibilities and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily office reset (coffee, snacks, kitchen restock, check voicemail)
  • Registering and greeting guests
  • Meeting room setup and catering coordination
  • Managing supplies and light inventory ordering
  • Liaising with building management, vendors, and security
  • General troubleshooting and office upkeep
