Non-Profit client is looking to hire a Temp Membership Sales Associate. This role requires someone in office Monday – Friday from 9/9:30am – 5:30/6pm. Positions starts June 2025. Temp duration is approximately two months with potential to extend.
Responsibilities
- Drive new member acquisition by identifying and engaging prospective executives and industry leaders. Create a robust pipeline, garner contact information and validate them through the CRM.
- Lead heavy outbound outreach, including cold calls, cold emails, and follow-ups
- Drive consistent prospect engagement and nurture warm leads
- Effectively communicate membership value and close new business with C-level executives across media, tech, sports, and entertainment
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including the member nominating process, working with CRM data and other software, and coordinating follow-ups
Ideal experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with success in a quota-driven environment
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outreach
- Polished communicator with ability to speak to senior executives
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and closing deals
Pay
- $25-$27/hour DOE
