Salary: USD100000 - USD120000 per year

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder/CEO of a real estate investment and development firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The hours are 9:00am–6:00pm (with minimal overtime), and the role is onsite, 5 days per week with occasional flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and proactively schedule internal and external meetings
  • Oversee inbox management, draft correspondence, and respond on behalf of the Founder
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and investment materials
  • Assist with personal scheduling and logistics 
  • Support special projects, event planning, and office culture initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant; prior experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Compensation/Benefits:
