Salary: USD119000 - USD120000 per year

Our client is seeking a highly driven, versatile Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support the CEO of a fast‑growing digital asset investment firm. This is a hybrid EA/Chief of Staff role combining traditional executive support with project management and business operations in a startup environment. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while partnering closely with senior leadership. Hours are generally 8:30am–5:30pm with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite (Mon–Wed) and flexibility as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive‑level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel, and expenses
  • Act as a strategic partner, helping the CEO prioritize initiatives and manage competing demands
  • Support business development activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating conferences, and managing logistics
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external meetings
  • Maintain and organize key information, communications, and workflows across the organization
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including vendor coordination, IT support, and facilities needs
  • Track action items and follow‑ups across meetings, projects, and team initiatives
  • Maintain CRM systems, investor databases, and sales pipelines
  • Support investor relations efforts, including onboarding, due diligence, and meeting preparation
  • Assist with event coordination and client‑facing initiatives
  • Operate as a “jack‑of‑all‑trades” in a lean, high‑growth environment

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in finance or a fast‑paced professional environment
  • Strong interest in a hybrid EA/Chief of Staff role with project exposure
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently
  • Comfortable working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Tech‑savvy with ability to learn and troubleshoot systems independently
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
