Our client, a leadership advisory and consulting firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their organization. They are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy and confident in a management position, with strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. The hours are generally 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with flexibility as needed. This role is hybrid, 2–3 days in office in Manhattan and the other days remote.
Responsibilities:
• Provide project coordination support to a senior consultant, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Schedule and coordinate candidate and client meetings, ensuring seamless communication and logistics
• Prepare and maintain job status reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
• Proof and edit client-facing materials, serving as the final quality check before delivery
• Manage project documentation and data within the firm’s proprietary CRM system
• Partner closely with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are executed accurately and efficiently
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7+ years of administrative or project coordination experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM/database systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof and edit professional documents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
• Proven reliability, professionalism, and longevity in previous roles (at least 2–3 years in one position preferred)
Compensation/Benefits:
• $80K–$95K base salary + paid overtime and annual bonus
