Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact in a fast‑paced, business‑professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, hospitality, and operational excellence while supporting daily office and facility-related needs. Hours are expected to be approximately 8:30am–5:30pm, fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner as the face of the office
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, directing them appropriately
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, flex desk appointments, and internal meetings
  • Provide audiovisual support for meetings, ensuring all equipment is functional and ready
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and client‑ready reception area at all times
  • Monitor and restock office supplies, pantry items, and copy room materials
  • Support internal meetings and events with setup, breakdown, and logistics
  • Sign for, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate with building services, housekeepers, and vendors as needed
  • Assist with expense reporting, data entry, and clerical tasks
  • Support gift purchasing, firm initiatives, and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role within a professional services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, confident presence
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
  • Comfortable working in an open office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom
  • Experience with AV setup, multi‑line phones, and office equipment
