Personal Assistant/Estate Manager (A1415313-Perm) New York, New York

Salary: USD99000 - USD100000 per year

Our client, a leading sector-focused growth equity investment firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant / Estate Manager to support the Managing Partner in Litchfield County, Connecticut. The hours are 9am-6pm five days onsite.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full personal calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Manage expenses and household-related finances
  • Oversee various projects and vendors
  • Plan and execute private events
  • Act as liaison between principals and household staff

 

Requirements:

  • Must live within 30 minutes of Litchfield County, CT
  • Prior experience in a similar hybrid PA/Estate Management role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Discreet, proactive, and able to work with a 24/7 service mentality
  • Comfortable collaborating with household staff (housekeeper is already on-site)
  • Event planning experience is a plus
