Salary: USD90000 - USD90000 per year

Our client, a global financial services firm located in Midtown East, is seeking a temporary to permanent Administrative Assistant for the Healthcare division. The position will start ASAP and requires 5 days in office. The hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a team of junior associates
  • Compiling and submitting expenses for the team
  • Maintain and order supplies for the office
  • Coordinate frequent travel arrangements
  • Serve as back up support for other administrative assistants
  • Help on ad hoc tasks and projects as requested

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • Up to $90k base depending on experience
