Our client is seeking a Part Time Temporary Interview Coordinator to support the NYC recruiting team during a high-volume hiring period. This is a highly administrative, detail-driven role responsible for creating a seamless candidate interview experience. This will be a 6–8 week assignment with flexibility to extend. This will be a 5 day work week, 3 days in office and 2 work from home. Hours are generally 12pm-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones
- Coordinate with NYC and London Talent Acquisition teams
- Manage room reservations, Zoom links, and interview logistics
- Ensure all required parties are included and prepared
- Support campus recruiting and during high-volume season
- Provide timely communication to candidates
- Act as a brand ambassador, especially for senior referrals
- Maintain accuracy across calendars, pipelines, and recruitment systems
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative or scheduling experience; HR experience not required
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confident, organized, and able to manage changing priorities
- Appreciation for HR/candidate experience; professional demeanor
