Part-Time Interview Coordinator (A1438871NY-Temp) New York, New York

Salary: USD30 - USD30 per hour

Our client is seeking a Part Time Temporary Interview Coordinator to support the NYC recruiting team during a high-volume hiring period. This is a highly administrative, detail-driven role responsible for creating a seamless candidate interview experience. This will be a 6–8 week assignment with flexibility to extend. This will be a 5 day work week, 3 days in office and 2 work from home. Hours are generally 12pm-5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate with NYC and London Talent Acquisition teams
  • Manage room reservations, Zoom links, and interview logistics
  • Ensure all required parties are included and prepared
  • Support campus recruiting and during high-volume season
  • Provide timely communication to candidates
  • Act as a brand ambassador, especially for senior referrals
  • Maintain accuracy across calendars, pipelines, and recruitment systems

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative or scheduling experience; HR experience not required
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Confident, organized, and able to manage changing priorities
  • Appreciation for HR/candidate experience; professional demeanor
