Salary: USD109000 - USD110000 per year

Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Midtown Manhattan. The hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with one day per week until 5:30pm. This role follows a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite/2 remote.

 

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to a number of executives
• Ensure team members are fully prepared for meetings and calls
• Handle phone coverage and manage high-volume calendars
• Prepare, process, and track expense reports
• Conduct basic finance research as needed
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
• Register Analysts for conferences and coordinate one-on-one management meetings
• Handle occasional personal tasks for Partners, including personal travel, doctor’s appointments, and dinner reservations

 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–4+ years of experience as an assistant to senior executives in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, motivated, team-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond
