Salary: USD114000 - USD115000 per year

Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, with accessibility via email after hours. This is a fully in-office role, Monday through Friday.

 

Responsibilities:
• Support a senior team with calendars and coordinate international and domestic travel
• Book car services and hotel accommodations
• Liaise with clients via email and in-person greetings
• Make restaurant reservations and prepare meeting agendas
• Process expense reports
• Perform light CRM/database maintenance

 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-7+ years
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• Experience with Amex Travel and Concur strongly preferred

 

Compensation/Benefits:
• Up to $110,000–$115,000 with paid overtime and annual bonus
