Salary: USD109000 - USD110000 per year

Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small, established and growing client-facing team within their organization. They are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, can prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills. The hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, with paid overtime for hours worked over 40. This role is hybrid, with 4 days in office in Manhattan and 1 day remote, with flexibility based on business needs.

 

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to three executives within the Special Situations team, including complex calendar, travel, and expense management
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, catering, and conference room setup
• Serve as a proactive partner who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and ensures smooth daily operations
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a highly supportive EA team to provide seamless backup and partnership across the group
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all communications and administrative tasks

 

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within professional services or financial services
• Exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle last-minute changes, prioritize under pressure, and remain calm and solutions-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable with a “no task too small” mindset

 

Compensation/Benefits:
• Up to $110K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
