Our client is seeking a warm, highly capable Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to support the Risk leadership team within a global alternative asset management environment. This is a newly created role and an add to staff. The ideal candidate is a tenured EA who brings calm, professionalism, and confidence managing different communication styles. Hours are approximately 8:30/9:00am–6:00pm, with a hybrid 4/1 in‑office schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑level executive support to the Head of Risk and two Managing Directors
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling across time zones and shifting priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and real‑time changes
  • Serve as a professional, approachable point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support internal meetings, materials preparation, and logistical coordination
  • Assist with PowerPoint deck preparation and revisions as needed
  • Partner closely with the existing EA team to ensure seamless coverage

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Career EA mindset with a nurturing, pleasant, and steady presence
  • Ability to work effectively with different leadership styles, including direct and fast‑paced executives
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can push back thoughtfully when needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
