Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Senior Hospitality Manager in New York, NY. The hours are 9:30am–5:30pm, with some flexibility as needed. This role is fully in-office, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the most senior leader for hospitality operations in the New York office, overseeing the Conference Center and Concierge Services
• Directly manage the Supervisor, Catering & Food Services and Reception Services, who oversees a team composed of both internal employees and a third-party vendor
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile internal and external events, including senior partner and executive board functions
• Ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered for all internal meetings, client-facing events, and daily hospitality offerings (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee bar, 24/7 food operations)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR and Office Operations, to support firmwide events such as summer associate programs and large-scale conferences
• Manage vendor relationships, including issue resolution and performance evaluation, in partnership with HR and other administrative leads
• Represent the firm with a polished, client-facing demeanor and uphold hospitality standards consistent with a professional services environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum of ten years of experience in hospitality, events, or office services, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience managing high-touch, high-profile client experiences and events
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional or vendor-supported teams
• Professional, poised, and solutions-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in overseeing complex service operations in high-volume environments
• Prior experience managing conference centers, hospitality operations, or corporate event services strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
• Up to $190,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus
