Administrative Receptionist (A1460584NY-Temp) New York, New York

Salary: USD25 - USD25 per hour

Our client, a leading global asset manager located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Long-term Temporary Administrative Receptionist to add to their team! There is headcount for a permanent position, and the ideal candidate is open to this opportunity for the long-term.

Requiring five days/week on-site from 8/9-5/6 daily, this seat will act as the face of the office where the utmost professionalism and strong presentation is required. Pay rate up to $25/hour during the temp period.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact upon arrival and meet and greet visitors and employees, including all levels of the organization.
  • Seat guests in the conference room, offer beverages, and provide top notch customer service.
  • Maintain general office/conference room cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage some administrative responsibilities including circulating calendar invites with Zoom links, sending emails to internal and external parties, and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks upon request.

 Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front-facing, customer-service oriented environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • No task too big or too small mentality
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic and desire to make a good impression
