Our client, a tech startup, is seeking an Executive Assistant in Elizabeth, NJ. The hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm with a hybrid schedule 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.
Responsibilities:
• Provide executive support to two c-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials
• Act as liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
• Assist with light personal scheduling related to work travel or calendar conflicts
• Support broader team (5–6 people) with occasional light calendar/travel needs
• Serve as Office Manager for a new office buildout in Elizabeth, NJ, stock supplies, set up/break down catering, maintain pantry, coordinate with vendors, etc.
• Collaborate with HR to coordinate interviews and support onsite logistics
• Help plan internal events and happy hours as needed
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting C-level executives
• Experience in startups, tech companies, VC firms, or CPG companies strongly preferred
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack requiredd
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation/Benefits:
