Salary: USD79000 - USD80000 per year

Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to consultants across multiple teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 8:30am–5:30pm, hybrid (4 days onsite in Manhattan, 1 remote).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for client engagements
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data entry in internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and client service
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 3–5+ years of administrative experience; executive search or recruitment experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
