Executive Assistant (A1421593NY-Perm) New York, New York

Salary: USD79000 - USD80000 per year

Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team in their New York office. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

 

Responsibilities:
• Provide executive administrative support to two Partners, including calendar management and travel arrangements
• Manage reception duties, including greeting guests and answering a multi-line phone system
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing materials
• Order catering and maintain pantry/kitchen stock
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
• Maintain client contact lists, travel profiles, memberships, and subscriptions
• Assist with expense reports, travel receipts, and budget tracking
• Submit maintenance requests to the building or coordinate with vendors for repairs
• Provide occasional support on personal scheduling and errands for the Partners

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in professional services or similar environments strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:
• Up to $80,000
