Salary: USD36 - USD36 per hour

Our client, a commercial real estate services and advisory firm located in Midtown East Manhattan, is urgently seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support their President and several partners for the next 3 to 4 weeks. The role is heavily focused on complex calendar and scheduling management, often juggling multiple schedules at once, so prior experience in high-volume scheduling is essential. You will also play a key role in coordinating internal and external events, supporting special projects, and occasionally assisting at the front desk or answering phones when coverage is needed. This job is in person 5 days a week and hours are from 9am-6pm. Pay rate is up to $36/hour.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and four senior partners
  • Manage and coordinate multiple complex calendars with shifting priorities
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior leadership
  • Help plan and organize internal and external events
  • Occasionally assist the receptionist and cover incoming phone calls when needed
  • Maintain accurate records, contact lists, and meeting notes
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a point of contact for scheduling conflicts and inquiries
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

 

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior-level executives
  • Proven experience with heavy scheduling and managing multiple executive calendars
  • Background in real estate or financial services preferred, but not required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bubbly, positive demeanor with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Comfortable assisting in various office support tasks when needed
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
