Our client, a leading alternative investment specialist, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules, booking virtual and in-person meetings
- Perform regular travel and expense report preparation
- Arrange and coordinate international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, and car services
- Coordinate catering for onsite meetings
- Provide general/ad hoc support for office administrative needs
- Assist with annual holiday card and gift distributions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
- Flexible and professional attitude with a collaborative workstyle
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
