Salary: USD89000 - USD90000 per year

Our client, a leading alternative investment specialist, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules, booking virtual and in-person meetings
  • Perform regular travel and expense report preparation
  • Arrange and coordinate international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, and car services
  • Coordinate catering for onsite meetings
  • Provide general/ad hoc support for office administrative needs
  • Assist with annual holiday card and gift distributions

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
  • Flexible and professional attitude with a collaborative workstyle
