Office Services Coordinator (A1440995NY-Temp) New York, New York

Salary: USD80000 - USD80000 per year

Our client, a merchant and investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan, is looking for a Temp to Perm Office Services Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as soon as the right candidate is found and will operate on a full-time, on-site schedule between the hours of Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM with some flexibility required. Salary when perm is in the $80,000 base range with paid overtime, a discretionary bonus and incredible benefits. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office facilities and proactively engage with vendors, employees, and management.
  • Monitor facilities ticketing system and address tickets promptly.
  • Deliver mail/packages and restock office and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain coffee machines, printers, and copier rooms across multiple floors.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, office moves, and event setups.
  • Liaise with building management and oversee vendors and caterers.
  • Perform daily office walk-throughs and spot cleaning.
  • Coordinate garbage pick-up and material transfers for relocations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of office and/or hospitality experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Independent, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
