Administrative Assistant (A1420797NY-Perm) Greenwich, Connecticut

Salary: USD99000 - USD100000 per year

Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Greenwich, CT. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm with a hybrid schedule (in office Monday through Wednesday, work from home Thursday and Friday).

 

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to five to six professionals on the trading desk
• Manage complex calendars
• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Prepare and process expense reports
• Manage contacts in Microsoft Outlook
• Answer and direct multiple phone lines
• Track and report compliance-related items
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference rooms
• Assist with occasional research tasks
• Serve as part of the broader administrative team and provide backup to other assistants
• Provide reception coverage as needed (Reception is staffed on-site Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm)

 

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of administrative experience; financial services experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Experience arranging both domestic and international travel
• Familiarity with Concur is a plus
