Salary: USD50 - USD62 per hour

We are seeking a highly professional, proactive Temp/Temp to Perm Personal Assistant to support a dynamic, high-profile principal in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. This is a hands-on PA role that requires exceptional organization, strong judgment, and the ability to stay several steps ahead at all time. For temp only candidates, the pay rate is $50-$62/hour depending on experience. For temp to perm candidates, 120K-130K base salary, temp rate in line.

 

Start: September 2026 (ideally on/around 9/25)

Duration: 2+ months  with potential to extend and/or potential to convert for TTP candidates

Schedule: Monday – Friday onsite, 9am-7pm. Flexibility is required outside of traditional hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on the principal's needs and priorities

Location: West Villiage (NYC)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the co-founder of a well-known consumer brand with a wide range of personal and lifestyle responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day errands including returns, personal shopping, pickups, deliveries, and gift sourcing
  • Coordinate travel details, hotel room set ups, reservations, and special requests
  • Manage receipts, expense tracking, and purchases
  • Arrange appointments and oversee personal logistics
  • Assist with pet care coordination, including scheduling dog walkers and vet visits (and stepping in when needed)
  • Research vendors, services, events, restaurants, and unique requests throughout NYC
  • Serve as a trusted go-to for last minute needs and changing priorities
  • No task is too big or too small. Seeking someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen

 

Experience:

  • Previous experience supporting a founder, celebrity, actress, high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur, or executive family
  • Extremely resourceful and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional presentation and comfortable representing the principal externally
  • Deep knowledge of NYC and ability to navigate the city efficiently
  • Calm under pressure and able to anticipate needs before being asked
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
