Our client, a small real estate private equity firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Office Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate between the hours of 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri, with on-site flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-maintained environment
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for guests and vendors, including facilities and IT service providers
- Coordinate and oversee technical service visits (internet, networking, printers, equipment setup), ensuring work is completed properly
- Manage deliveries, shipments, and occasional local package pick-ups
- Order and maintain office supplies and basic inventory
- Monitor office equipment and escalate issues appropriately
- Track vendor contacts, service details, and basic operational documentation
- Handle miscellaneous administrative and logistical tasks as needed
- Provide occasional after-hours coordination if urgent office matters arise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office coordination or office management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, discreet, and dependable
- Comfort interacting with technical vendors and understanding basic office infrastructure
- Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment
- Able to manage a quiet office environment without constant direction
Compensation:
- Up to 75K base DOE / in-line while temp
