Office Coordinator

Salary: USD75000 - USD75000 per year

Our client, a small real estate private equity firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Office Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate between the hours of 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri, with on-site flexibility. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-maintained environment
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for guests and vendors, including facilities and IT service providers
  • Coordinate and oversee technical service visits (internet, networking, printers, equipment setup), ensuring work is completed properly
  • Manage deliveries, shipments, and occasional local package pick-ups
  • Order and maintain office supplies and basic inventory
  • Monitor office equipment and escalate issues appropriately
  • Track vendor contacts, service details, and basic operational documentation
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative and logistical tasks as needed
  • Provide occasional after-hours coordination if urgent office matters arise

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office coordination or office management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, discreet, and dependable
  • Comfort interacting with technical vendors and understanding basic office infrastructure
  • Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment
  • Able to manage a quiet office environment without constant direction

Compensation:

  • Up to 75K base DOE / in-line while temp
