Salary: USD124000 - USD125000 per year

Our client, a private membership and events organization, is seeking a Sales and Partnership Lead to drive sponsorship revenue and build strategic relationships. This role requires strong business development skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The schedule is 9:30am–5:30pm, hybrid (4 days onsite in Manhattan, 1 remote).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of prospects and close high-value sponsorship and partnership deals
  • Leverage existing networks and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sponsorship strategy and design bespoke activations
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers across industries
  • Represent the organization at events, dinners, and industry gatherings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables and ROI

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or business development; event or conference experience a plus
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure partnerships or sponsorships
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with senior executives
  • Self-starter with ability to manage a pipeline and execute in a lean, fast-moving environment
