Our client, an educational institution located in White Plains, NY, is looking for a Temp Marketing Support professional to join their team. This position will start as soon as possible through the end of February and will operate on an in-office schedule 5 days a week between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Compensation is $30–$35/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Curate best-of content from video shoot b-roll folders
- Manage HubSpot website forms and workflows
- Edit/create JotForm forms
- Update portal content
- Assist with We-Blast/portal tasks for Tim (posting news items, tagging)
- Manage Comms inbox requests
- Provide blog content and copy editing support for Jana
- Support newsletter creation
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in relevant field
- Experience with CRM’s, website building/blog posting, and managing social platforms
- Knowledge on copy writing, able to edit text for posting
