Administrative Receptionist (A1433528NY-Temp) New York, New York

Salary: USD26 - USD29 per hour

Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Temporary-to-Permanent Administrative Receptionist to join their New York City office. This is a front-facing role requiring maturity, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a finance environment.

Hours: 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sit at reception, greet and direct guests and vendors.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and manage onsite meetings.
  • Support scheduling and calendaring needs for executives.
  • Manage kitchen supplies, office inventory, and daily upkeep.
  • Assist with light tech troubleshooting.
  • Ad hoc projects

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Prior finance industry experience preferred.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to take initiative.

 

Compensation: $26–$29/hr while temping; $60K–$65K annualized if perm.
