Salary: USD79000 - USD80000 per year

Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Executive Vice President in the New York office. The hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours accessibility required. This role is primarily onsite four days per week, with occasional flexibility depending on travel schedules.

 

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President, the second-in-command under the CEO
• Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations
• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to ensure seamless support and knowledge-sharing
• Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and meeting materials
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners with professionalism and clarity

 

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to support a high-volume, fast-paced executive environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in or alignment with the organization’s mission is highly preferred

 

Compensation/Benefits:
