Our client is seeking a highly polished, resilient Executive Personal Assistant to support a high‑profile CEO within a global real estate investment firm. This is a true EA/PA leadership role acting as the primary liaison between the executive and their broader support structure, including a second assistant. The role requires full lifestyle integration, exceptional discretion, and the ability to operate in a high‑stakes, ultra‑fast‑moving environment with a 24/7 mindset. This role is onsite 4-5 days per week with flexibility during weeks where the executive is traveling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO in a true EA/PA capacity
  • Manage a highly dynamic schedule, including both business and personal commitments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily priorities, coordinating directly with the CEO and delegating tasks to the secondary assistant
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation (jets, helicopters) and detailed itineraries
  • Liaise with household staff, property managers, and vendors across multiple residences
  • Oversee high‑touch logistics including events, reservations, and VIP coordination
  • Support relationships with high‑profile external stakeholders, including executives, investors, and VIP individuals
  • Handle last‑minute, time‑sensitive requests (e.g., arranging urgent travel overnight)
  • Maintain clear boundaries while executing at a high level in a UHNW environment
  • Operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Establish structure, communication rhythms, and boundaries to support long‑term success in a 24/7 role

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting a UHNW individual or senior executive in a high‑demand environment
  • Strong Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant background with full lifestyle support exposure
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Experience coordinating private aviation and complex global travel
  • High emotional intelligence with sound judgment and discretion
  • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solutions‑oriented under pressure
  • Tech‑savvy with strong scheduling and coordination capabilities
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $130K–$150K base salary + discretionary bonus
