Receptionist/AdminAssistant (A1419016NY-Perm) New York, New York

Salary: USD50000 - USD60000 per year

Our client, a religious congregation, is seeking a Receptionist in NYC. The hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm; Friday, 9:00 am–4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer main phone line, respond to inquiries, transfer calls, manage voicemails, assist callers with questions
  • Provide basic information about services, livestreaming, special events, classes, etc.
  • Manage the shared email inbox
  • Maintain office supply inventory and organize storage spaces
  • Coordinate with printing vendor for stationery and envelopes
  • Oversee mail operations: maintain postage meter, process incoming and outgoing mail

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years’ customer service experience preferred
  • Strong data-entry skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and customer service mindset

 

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $50,000–$60,000 per year plus overtime
