Salary: USD69000 - USD70000 per year

Our client, a global investment and technology development firm, is seeking a Receptionist in New York City. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm (with occasional 8:30am–5:30pm shifts).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for investors, visitors, and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, triaging inquiries, and maintaining a polished reception area
  • Schedule and coordinate conference room bookings, ensuring all setups are complete and conflicts are resolved
  • Collaborate with other reception teams across offices to standardize responses and procedures
  • Act as a concierge for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with business cards, parking passes, and museum memberships
  • Liaise with the food services team to coordinate offerings and troubleshoot platform issues

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and the full Office suite a plus

 

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $70,000 plus overtime and bonus
