Salary: USD65000 - USD70000 per year

Our client, Property Services and Asset Management Firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Tenant Coordinator to support daily operations at one NYC location. This position will start ASAP, require 5 days in office. Hours 8:30am-5:30pm, availability for overtime as needed. The temp duration is approximately 3 months with potential to extend or convert. This role will report to the Senior Property Manager. Pay: 65K-70K perm base, temp rate paid in line. Medical, dental and vision (100% paid), 0-2 years 15 days PTO ; 2-5 years 20 days PTO; 5+ years 25 days PTO plus holidays, commuter benefits.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Property Management office
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and service requests
  • Provide administrative support to the management and property teams
  • Prepare tenant invoices for utilities, purchases, work orders, and service requests
  • Prepare and review monthly rent statements for accuracy
  • Maintain online work order and visitor management platforms
  • Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including loading dock and freight elevator reservations
  • Maintain Certificates of Insurance documentation for tenants and vendors
  • Ensure property invoices are properly coded and processed in a timely manner
  • Review tenant requests daily and collaborate with engineering, security, and cleaning teams to resolve issues
  • Assist with scheduling and communication related to tenant and contractor work within the building
  • Support tenant, building, and external events by coordinating logistics, including space planning, catering, vendors, and other event details

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Commercial real estate property management experience preferred
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional tenant experience through a service oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Critical thinker with sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of an organization
