Salary: USD139000 - USD140000 per year

Our client, an innovative tech advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to their Co-CEO in NYC. The hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Fridays remote (with flexibility to go in office dependent on business needs).

 

Responsibilities:
• Manage complex, high-volume scheduling for internal and external meetings
• Coordinate client communications, internal planning sessions, and occasional travel arrangements
• Act as a gatekeeper and time manager, anticipate needs, manage up, and keep the executive on task
• Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and last-minute shifts in scheduling or logistics
• Handle administrative tasks such as lunch orders and in-office coordination as needed
• Jump in across the board with a low-ego, team-first mindset

 

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in executive support, ideally in a high-pressure corporate or client services setting
• Prior experience supporting a CEO or senior C-suite leader strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across competing priorities
