Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (A1435468NY-Perm) New York, New York

Salary: USD74000 - USD75000 per year

Our client, a financial service and fintech firm, is seeking two Administrative Assistant/Receptionists to join their team. The hours are 9am–5pm with flexibility for early or late meetings. This role is onsite, five days per week in Manhattan.

 

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, managing check-ins and security coordination
• Answer and direct calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Manage conference room scheduling, catering, and meeting logistics
• Support travel arrangements, expenses, and ad hoc administrative projects
• Maintain reception and office areas, manage supplies, and liaise with vendors
• Collaborate with office leadership to support events, culture initiatives, and facilities needs

 

Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative or reception experience, ideally within fintech or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Adaptable and proactive team player with high emotional intelligence and “no task too small” mindset
• Experience coordinating travel through Concur a plus
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
