Our client, a dynamic investment firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant to add to their team. The hours are 8:30/9am – 6pm and they are in office three days a week with two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive travel planning (flights, hotels, cars, reservations)
- Handle financial and recordkeeping tasks and bill paying
- Research and coordinate dinners, events, home projects, car repairs, medical appointments, gift shopping, package handling, and pet care
- Oversee scheduling and administrative tasks, managing calendars, appointments, and supervising administrative staff
- Provide corporate administrative support and expense reporting
Qualifications:
- Must have 10+ years of personal assistant experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have attention to detail and strong communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base plus paid overtime and bonus
