Affordable Housing/Section 42 Loan Officer (Section 42) Columbia, Missouri
I place professionals in the banking and finance industry--I'm a recruiter. I am working with a multi-billion-dollar bank in the upper Midwest that specializes in commercial lending and they are adding to their lending team.
This role will focus on LIHTC and other Affordable Housing program loans; the person hired will build a book of business from the ground up. Use your current network as a springboard and expand on that network from coast to coast--there are no geographical restrictions other than staying within the United States.
The bank is greater than $2BB in assets which allows lenders to do some very large loans. There are no industry restrictions or dedications--if it cash flows well it's up for consideration. The individual loan officer's goal for annual production will be $60MM+ of new loans.
