Salary: USD450 - USD550 per day

Our client, world's largest liquefied natural gas company, is urgently looking for a " Brownfield Lead (Wellheads) " willing to work under the following conditions for an upcoming project:

Work schedule: (5 days/ week, 10 hrs/Day). 

Contract Duration: 24 Months

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: Engineering Degree or Diploma.

Knowledge and/or Experience

  • Technical background with a minimum of 12 but preferably with 15+ years' experience in oil and gas construction, with demonstrable experience in a leadership role managing multi discipline and multicultural teams. Previous experience in developing standard and alternative work methods in accordance with established company policies, management directives, schedules and professional engineering standards.
  • Experience in offshore construction brownfield activities under SIMOPS conditions.
  • Knowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment processes and application
  • Technical and Business Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong management, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, coordination and interface skills.
  • Good technical skills and versed in offshore installation methodology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Lead the planning in FEED and delivery of Brownfield scope in accordance with Company Health, Safety and Environmental and Respect to Individuals policies ensuring the ongoing mentoring and development of the project team and national engineers.
  • Assess, analyze and develop optimal project execution schedule, scope of work, constructability and install ability with contractors and company.
  • Ensure company lessons learned (LL) integration within contractor work scope and the delivery of new LLs to company, in regard to brownfield execution
  • Deliver brownfield project requirements as defined in COMPANY Management System and supporting project schedule in respect to delivery, cost, time and budget.
  • Coordinate interfaces with various parties such as Company, FEED contractor, EPC contractor and subcontractors, MWS (Marine Warranty Service), agencies and Hook-up/Commissioning Teams.
  • Support engineering deliverables, resolving engineering and construction issues.
  • Review input into toolbox talks, JSA's and record progress in a manner that is acceptable and complies with all audit requirements.
  • Provide input for engineering, construction and installation methodologies, plan and resources ensuring that these are appropriate to deliver the safe installation of the scope of work.
  • Provide input into the overall project schedules, cost control and progress monitoring and expediting of third parties, identifying and resolving "choke" points to ensure that project deliverables are met
