  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated full-cycle, recruitment consulting experience - including business development
  • Familiar with corporate culture, structure, process, micromanagement and politics - and are ready to throw it out the window.
  • A demonstrable track record of sales performance
  • Excellent communication skills with a history of building strong and consultative relationships
  • Thirst for elevating the conversation and providing Advice, Education and Partnership.
  • An obsession for continual learning - to lead from the front and a desire to inspire. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • general recruiting, interviewing and placing of Candidates seeking employment;
  • thoroughly interview Candidates including in depth screening and reference checking where applicable;
  • marketing the Principal’s name, expertise and range of services to new and existing Candidates and Clients as appropriate;
  • communicating effectively and working successfully in a team environment and autonomously when necessary;
  • attending staff meetings and participating in networking and consolidation activities of Candidates and/or Clients;
  • meeting daily, weekly and monthly activity targets and budgets as are prescribed by the Company from time to time;
  • keeping the usual books of account and or records kept by such an Employee.
  • performing, observing and conforming with instructions as may from time to time be reasonably assigned or communicated to him by any of the directors.
