PCB Assembler

£13.50 per hour | Swindon
Monday to Thursday: 7:45am–4:15pm | Friday: 7:45am–3:15pm
39 hours per week

We’re currently looking for an experienced PCB Assembler to join a well-established electronics manufacturing team in Swindon.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in PCB assembly and through-hole soldering, who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

The Role

As a PCB Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling electronic units and PCBs to a high standard, working from technical drawings, schematics and production instructions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling electronic units and PCBs

• Carrying out through-hole soldering to a high standard

• Following technical drawings, schematics and production instructions

• Inspecting completed assemblies for quality and accuracy

• Identifying and correcting any assembly issues

• Working to production targets and deadlines

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Working closely with other members of the production team

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing or a similar production environment.

You should have:

• Good through-hole soldering experience

• Experience working with electronic components and PCBs

• The ability to follow technical drawings, schematics and written instructions

• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

• A reliable and methodical approach to your work

• The ability to work effectively as part of a production team
