People Data and Analytics Lead

About the Role:
As the People D&A Lead, you will have the opportunity to come into a somewhat greenfield environment and utilise your strong data and analytics background to provide insights on the people data across the business. This function is essential in that it provides information to board members and key executives and, will see you leading a team within six to twelve months.
About You:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong technical experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets.
- Strong experience in People/HR systems.
- Solid SQL experience.
- Hands-on xperience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.
