About the Role:

There are two roles on offer -  L2 and L3 TM1 Support Consultant. You will be providing support to customers which involves supporting applications and resolving issues and queries.

This is not a simple helpdesk role! You will be part of an essential, ITIL aligned function, providing multi-channel access to incident and problem management support.

 

 

About You:

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering or supporting TM1 solutions.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
