Customer Services/Health & Safety Assistant (RL10800) Whitby, England
Castle Employment are looking for a Quality & Compliance Assistant to join an established business based in North Yorkshire. The successful individual will work as part of the Quality and H&S team. This is a part-time role working 25 hours and would suit someone ideally with some relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Managers to ensure that quality and H&S procedures are adhered to
- Assist customer services when dealing with quality questionnaires
- Ensure quality procedures are kept up to date
- Attend Quality and H&S meetings
- Assist in internal & supplier audits and customer audits
- To provide support to the customer services/internal sales department
Skills/Experience needed:
- Good telephone manner and customer services skills
- IT literate in particular Word & Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Some knowledge of health & safety would be an advantage
- Previous experience of working in a customer services related role
- Must be flexible to cover for full time hours when required
The Package:
- Salary £9ph rising after 6 months
- Hours around 25 hours a week
- Based Whitby
- Commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Malton & surrounding areas
