Customer Services/Health & Safety Assistant (RL10800) Whitby, England

Castle Employment are looking for a Quality & Compliance  Assistant to join an established business based in North Yorkshire. The successful individual  will work as part of the Quality and H&S team.  This is a part-time role working 25 hours and would suit someone ideally with some relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Managers to ensure that quality and H&S procedures are adhered to
  • Assist customer services when dealing with quality questionnaires
  • Ensure quality procedures are kept up to date
  • Attend Quality and H&S meetings
  • Assist in internal & supplier audits and customer audits
  • To provide support to the customer services/internal sales department

Skills/Experience needed:

  • Good telephone manner and customer services skills
  • IT literate in particular Word & Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Some knowledge of health & safety would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of working in a customer services related role
  • Must be flexible to cover for full time hours when required

 

The Package:

  • Salary £9ph rising after 6 months 
  • Hours around 25 hours a week
  • Based Whitby
  • Commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Malton  & surrounding areas
